At Dinkers Anon, we want you to absolutely love your gear. If you're not satisfied, we'll make it right.
What we refund
We offer refunds for:
- Items that were sent incorrectly
- Damaged or defective products
Refund window
Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the purchase date. Requests received after 30 days may not be eligible.
How to request a refund
To request a refund, please contact us at support@dinkersanon.com with the following:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Photos of the item (if damaged, defective, or incorrect)
We'll respond within 2 business days with next steps.
Return shipping
If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we'll cover the return shipping. We'll email you a prepaid shipping label once your refund request is approved. Please do not send items back without contacting us first โ unauthorized returns may not be processed.
How refunds are processed
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll send you an email to let you know your refund has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5โ10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional few days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Non-refundable items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Items returned more than 30 days after the purchase date
- Items damaged through normal wear and tear or improper care
- Gift cards
- Final sale or clearance items (marked at the time of purchase)
Exchanges
If you'd prefer to exchange a damaged, defective, or incorrect item for the same product, just let us know in your support email and we'll arrange it.
Care instructions
For best long-term results, please refer to our washing and care instructions provided with your purchase. Damage from improper care is not covered by this policy.
